Matt Curtin to present to Ohio Management Lawyers Association

Interhack founder Matt Curtin will present to the OMLA April 19 on the topic of managing electronic discovery in employment litigation.

COLUMBUS, OH - Interhack founder Matt Curtin will  present to the Ohio Management Lawyers' Association meeting April 19 on cost-effective management of electronic discovery in employment litigation. Curtin will explain preventative measures companies can institute to manage unscheduled events and the preservation of defensible data once it has been determined that litigation is likely. Other discussion areas include data processing and analysis methodologies to assist in case preparation.

OMLA is an Ohio non-profit corporation made up of senior labor and employment attorneys whose practices are dedicated exclusively to representing management. Its stated purpose is "[t]o provide an organization and forum for the exchange of information, discussion of common issues and problems, and promotion of the administration of justice with respect to employment, labor, and other areas of law affecting employers."
