Cell Phone Forensics

Interhack founder C. Matthew Curtin open the February Forensics series for Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (OACDL) on February 6, 2026.

Introducing the topic of cell phone forensics, Curtin will present opportunities to gather data and to develop an understanding of facts as they relate to matters in adjudication.

The CLE seminar will focus not on the technical details but what information is available from different sources and how forensic analysis of the data from those sources can affect counsel's understanding of the facts.
