The webcast will cover what corporate directors, officers, or attorneys need to know about contemporary topics that are of immediate use in their practice – both for the clients and the law firm.

The webcast is being hosted by the Ohio State Bar Association to give out Continuing Legal Education credits to attendees. The association's core purpose is to advance the professional interests of their members.
