Protection of Intellectual Property

Interhack's Intellectual Property (IP) Task Force works with organizations and their attorneys to understand how IP is being protected, and when it is being abused.

Sample engagements include H&H Industries, Inc. v. Erik S. Miller, United States District Court, Southern District of Ohio, Eastern Division, Case No.  2:13-cv-907.

Whether starting with internal audit, a suspicion of a rogue insider, or realization that IP is outside of the organization's control, Interhack's engagement is focused on developing and executing the analytical methods that are most appropriate to understand the situation. When necessary we present our findings in the form of reports and testimony.

Our experts have experience with federal and state courts, FINRA, and other arbitration processes assessing claims of conversion, trade secret theft, copyright violation, and patent violation.
