Interhack's Information Assurance Checkup is a simple means to assess your information security posture. Available in flavors that address concerns in six, twelve, and eighteen areas of information security, the Checkup service is designed to give you an understanding of how capable your organization is in dealing with issues that arise.

While not intended as a low-cost replacement for a comprehensive program for information assurance, a Checkup can help you to understand where some investment will have the biggest impact, helping you to achieve the right balance of risk, utility, and expense.

We start with a basic determination of informational criticality, and then assess your capability on a six-point scale in up to eighteen areas including Virus Protection, Back-Ups, Contingency Planning, Telecommunications, and Personnel Security.

The result gives you an understanding of how your organization will weather threats to your information's confidentiality, integrity, and availability. Armed with this understanding and high-level recommendations for action to align information security, you can be prepared to start down the path of deliberate and rational risk management.
